AutoPackager. An AI-powered, multi-agent platform for autonomous software and driver deployment via Microsoft Intune. Discovery, Packaging, Testing, and Deployment agents orchestrated through a Celery/Redis state machine, with LLM abstraction supporting both Claude and GPT. Digital Workplace as Code. Operating a 200,000-device estate as a version-controlled, programmatically generated system. Consolidated data sources into a single source of truth that became the foundation for our orchestration layer, orchestration over direct manipulation, fix-once-fix-forever remediation. The closest parallel in enterprise IT to how AI-native engineering organizations actually work.
